      ***********************************, President/CEO of V.I.P, visited our home on March 01 for a pre-cleaning inspection and schedule cleaning to be performed on the 3rd. The price agreed upon was $1000 for a thorough cleaning of the interior of the house and all the windows at the ground floor level. The employees who arrived were *******, an experienced cleaning person, and her 28year old grandson. I found it necessary to keep reminding ******* of the work that had been agreed upon and to instruct her grandson on how to wash windows properly. He left many windows unwashed and/or badly streaked, which I did not realize until after the two had left. We are only available Mon/Wed/Fri, due to dialysis treatments, which has made a return visit by a more qualified team of window cleaners a challenge. Three times we thought we had a crew coming on Fri. but had excuses for "no-shows" each week.. I have expressed my concern with ****** each week and most recently asked for what I considered to be a fair refund of $350, which had been paid in the past. She only offered excuses and confusion on my part.

          Yes, Mrs. Milders and her grandson cleaned. 

      the house and yes, we did not make it back out there to Rodo the windows, but we did offer him $150 but he said no he only wanted $350, and we are so sorry we are not giving him $350 only $150 thank you. we cleaned his big house too he should be so glad we gave him the biggest discount ever.
