    Nov. 10th, 2022 Called ignition repair services for an ignition repair. Quoted me ****** plus tax.Appt set for 5pm. Did not show up until 7 pm. They finished the ignition and everything seemed to be working good.At payment in which I was charged ****** and and why the difference and they gad no answer other than it starts at ******. And guaranteed a 1 year warranty if any issues. Shortly after they left we noticed the technician left his cigarette ashes and butter in my vehicle. Gross.With in a few weeks I finally called due to a constant security light on in which was working fine before service, and the key gets stuck in igntion. The receptionist then contacted the technicians that performed the service. Thetechnician text me back asking what the issue was after I stated what the issue, he gave me solutions in which none of them worked and he said it was out of his hands and not their problem I then ask what the point of having a warranty was. I then waited a week or so more and called back and I was assured that a supervisor would contact me with no call return. It is now the end of December and I have called once every 2 weeks this past week I have called numerous times and every time I call they promptly hang up on me so I then drove to the physical address in which does not exist. I now have to take my vehicle to a ***** dealer to have the ignition repaired.
