    I'm sorry to hear that. We offer lots of options(UPS/****) for international shipping. Customer chose **** Priority Mail Expedited Int'l shipping with 3-5 day expected delivery date. That means if something happen, we help customer by processing the claim through ****.All carriers including **** refuses the claim about late delivery if it's international shipping.     I needed to send an urgent package oversees to my son who was traveling for school, he lost his glasses and his back up pair had been left at home. Min's store sold me Priority Mail Expedited Int'l shipping with 3-5 day expected delivery date. I watched tracking while the glasses sat in ********** for 3 days before they were even processed. Needless to say they did not arrive at their destination, only returned to Tacoma in ************** months after I paid for express delivery. I feel that I paid for a product that does not actually exist and *** can only say that she has no control over delivery time. Why is she selling 3-5 day expedited delivery if she cannot stand behind the product? It is a dishonest way of doing business.
