    I purchased a product from OpticLed in march of 2024. Product is said to have a warranty of 3 years. Said product stopped working in September of ******************************** my home. Since first day of the product not working I have been sending emails to the companies warranty claims email listed on their website and also calling the customer service number listed on their website. They have not responded to one email I have sent and every time I have called no one answers. It has been over 3 weeks since I have been trying to contact them to honor the warranty on the product and have yet to get any type of response. I would like a full refund as I do not want to have anymore dealings with this company as they have extremely poor customer service.

    After confirmation of my order (Two LED Light Sets 650S + 1 controller) I was e-mailed and asked for a photo of my ID. I politely replied I wasn't comfortable with this and was looking forward to recieving the order. Two days later a tracking number was provided by shipping (3/22/23). One day later, I recieved an e-mail from Optic LED Sales ***** **** order has been cancelled and refunded. You can order at GrowLightCentral.com they are 3rd party retailer. Our bank for merchant services has certain requirements to be on their program so we must adhere to their policy. Thank you for your business. Optic LED ******************** Manager" I was not provided any 'requirements' and had the order cancelled 'AFTER' it had supposedly shipped and been paid for in full. This has cost me time on a project which will cost me money, and if I want to use the same product, that will now cost me $400 more than what I had already paid.When did it become agreeable to have a company 'cancel and refund' your money if they decide to after a purchase? When did it become a policy to have to e-mail your ID to purchase LED's online?

    Ordered from this company on 11/26/2022 one part of my order shipped the other part didn't. Tried getting in touch with the company and didn't hear back from them. Reached out on social media still nothing. But company was advertising new products and trying to get people to join sweepstakes. I finally received a message from them saying that they canceled my order per my request. I never requested a cancelation just asked if they could tell me when my order will be shipped. Very poor customer service. My order number: ORDER #*****

    I bought a grow light from the company. I have only used it twice and it's having **************** issues. I've tried contacting them and initially they responded indicating they would resolve the issue. I haven't heard anything back from them and have emailed and called all numbers available. The warranty is supposed to be for 10 years and it's not being honored. I demand a refund for the faulty equipment I received.

    I purchased an Optic 8 light from Optic LED and it was supposed to be brand new. The light they sent me was damaged. The unit was either used or rebuilt. ****** told me (via email) that it was a brand new unit. He also said he inspected the light himself. I sent him pictures showing rust and dents on the casing (see pictures) and he continued to claim the light is brand new. He said he could not replace it because it was his last unit. He shamed me for buying the "older" unit and tried to convince me to pay $300 more to upgrade to the newer unit.
