  Long time Zips customer, been going to the one in ******* more often because I moved further north. Pulled up to Zips Sodo and as usual the parking lot is packed. A ****** Altima with two young, very immature, very disrespectful women were double parked, the parking lot is very tight and there was a big orange truck in the next spot over, I parked but was very close to the truck so I asked them to repark their car a little better, I was verbally assaulted so I clapped back about their beat up 2002 Altima and how the behavior definitely matched the car. I called Zips and asked them to send out security to tell them to park better as they are now literally disrupting Zips business. They said security was not in. Around this time one of the women said she was going to get me banned from Zips lol, I thought that would be odd as I'm pulling up to spend money at the establishment and you're preventing that so the owner of this company would probably disagree with these two misguided ********** is the crazy part, she actually ran into Zips and tried to get me banned, as I walked in she was talking to a bud tender, probably a friend, I walked in and loudly yelled, "I need a manager". Spoke with the manager but I already had a horrific taste in my mouth and ended up going to GREENER TODAY:*************, much more mellow vibe.I'll never go to ANY Zips again, even the ******* location. The women were clearly affiliated with ****, one of them proudly stated she used to work there smh. I'm am a marijuana stores retail customer dream, I spend $40-$60 every two days on disposable vapes for over 7 years, I did the math, I've spent over $40K on weed in the last 7-8 years so yeah, when I pull up to a business I expect respect. If this was ********* OR ANY NORMAL LEGITIMATE BUSINESS, they would've called the cops on these women for disrupting business.Avoid Zips, it's in a bad neighborhood with high crime anyway.

  Thieves and liars is what we are dealing with here. They are selling bad marijuana for top dollar and then refuse refunds or exchanges, then tell you they cannot do so because of Washington State laws....thats another lie.Washington State says it is up to each store and it's owners...so...their stealing. Also another lie is the *** content placed on each marijuana item sold, for the buds are saturated with seed pods, and once seeds start to grow the *** stops being produced in the plant. It's harsh and toxic for the lungs burning and not even doing what it's intended for. I have bought 5 different types from 5 different growers and all where bad, saturated with seed pods, completely and totally unable to be smoked.Over 200$ spent and not even a sorry, a phone call when I complained...nothing.
