      I wish there was a negative rating system. Unfortunately, we don't have any other option because we live in a small town but this group is the WORST. Real quick synopsis, took our 5 yo son in (11/2024) for an eye emergency. The medical team was unable to determine what was happening so sent us off to a specialist. Now, it's kind of important to stress that after taking my son's vitals, they didn't even touch him. I understand that it's challenging to attempt to examine an eye on a child but they literally didn't DO anything. And then sent us a bill (separate from the hospital bill that was sent for using the hospital ER) for $2,392! For literally NOTHING. And then when pressed to send an itemized bill, they would not/could not do so and just sent the same bill requesting payment. We actually paid the first one after fighting it just because we didn't want to go to collections, but they continue to send us a bill for some "other" non-covered things over 6 MONTHS LATER! It's challenging to live in a rural area but if you have any other option, DO NOT USE THEIR "SERVICES." Needless to say, they have been less than helpful in helping us resolve this situation. Welcome to health care in the ***********

      They are trying to charge me everything they charged my ****************** Even the difference in the negotiated prices. I payed them what my insurance company said I owed. They continue to harass me about money they are trying to overcharge me. Worse part about it I didn't have a choice in my care at the hospital, and this is the result.

      ********** THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!!There is no room for advancement or to better your career unless you are in the inner circle of the leadership. Turn over rate is high, mainly due to the personal agendas of management to fire employees with no valid reason. Layoffs are a constant fear. The training is laughable and "leaders" cannot and do not help when it is needed. This company is the worst mistake I have made professionally in my career. I am stuck here as the job market is lacking in positions right now. It is so frustrating and demoralizing working here. As soon as as a job opportunity comes up, I am going to get out and hopefully recover. No diversity, no culture, patronizing leadership. It is unacceptable having people in leadership positions who abuse their power to degrade and destroy employees just because they can. Theres a sadness and hollow feel among the employees now and leadership is to blame.

      Sound is a horrible company. They do not prioritize their patients or their employees. Their only care is money in their already lined pockets and they don't care who they step on to get that. Not their patients. Not their employees. Not the creditors they are millions in debt to. Run from them and anything that has to do with this company.

      My sister-in-law recently had a surgical procedure and has ******** and ******** for insurance. She received a request for payment for services from Sound Anesthetics, via email, with the implication that it was past due. My wife tried to deal with the company. My wife [who has Power of Attorney (***) for my sister-in-law] was given vague answers to her questions plus Sound claimed privacy concerns. My wife sent them a copy of her *** but it had a *********** address with a Tacoma zip code. We sent the *** via certified mail, but it was returned to us today as unable to deliver or forward - "no such number".

      This company had me pay $534.16 and then come to find out that I didnt owe the money according to me EOB. I have been in contact with the company for months. It is for case #********. I was promised multiple times for resolution and I am not getting anywhere. I have retained a lawyer for a class action lawsuit against this company for fraud and balance billing illegally.

      Scammy operations (see others reviews and mine left on ******** They need to be shut down! ****** them and you will see they are being sued by the government for over-billing!

      Crooks! I would prefer NO STARS. Get a person I cannot understand as they do not speak English well. My insurance company warned me about this group.

      I'm not sure of this company after reading similar reviews. My 90 year old mom kept getting bills from them despite having provided both ******** and BCBS info when admitted to hospital. Had to spend many calls to representatives in *****(kept getting dropped) to try to get them to bill proper insurance companies. I believe that they purposely don't send in claims to insurance companies and instead try to bill customers first hoping the elderly will pay instead.

      Billing practices are horrific. Check the BBB complaints on this physician group - this situation happens over and over and over. We just received a bill from collections agency on behalf of *********************** for $43.34 based on an emergency room visit from June 2019. It seems Sound Physicians would rather receive some payment by selling their accounts payable, than spending time sending bills to the patients and giving them a chance to pay. We NEVER received a bill for services from this group. I could only track the legitimacy of the claim by going back over 4 years of insurance payments. I understand the miniscule amount of money involved; its the thought of having a debt in collections and how that *** affect our credit when we always pay our bills on time.
