  Our daughter and son-in-law hired this company for their move. The company preferred to pack so they could control quality. So far, that was fine. They seemed to do a good job packing, although they still have the property, so they can't tell whether or not anything is damaged or lost. Our daughter told them it took 2 trucks to move all of their belongings 8 years ago, and we had more to move now. The company quoted about $10,000 for a **** mile move of a 4 bedroom house. The price included 30 days of storage between when they had to be out of our current house and when they could move into their new house.After everything was packed, the comosny gave them the final bill of $22,000 - more than twice the estimate. Then they got the other surprise. They gave the company their move-in date, and the company told them the company would try to get them scheduled within 2 weeks of that date. Oddly enough, that will take the delivety a week beyond the included 30 days of storage, so they are wondering whether the company will charge even more even though it is the company's delivery schedule will cause the delay, not a delay them being available to take delivery.It is now 3 days before the move-in date, and the company still cannot tell them when their things will be delivered. Since they have 2 full trucks and are not sharing delivery with someone else, they aren't trying to work around someone else's schedule.Everything they have - including everything they need to take care of their baby - is in storage, and they now need to rely on borrowing what we need from relatives - none of whom live near where they are moving - until they get their belongings delivered.They would never use this company again, and we are ready to hire a lawyer to help them.

  Ive done 9 moves in my life time being a military man. I can actually say they did a good job. Hats off to you guys! I will be recommending to my military buddys.

  Not the worst but there are definitely better companies out there, quoted me a price and upped it upon delivery, only the driver and they told me they werent a broker but they are, hired the driver from a different company. They had horrible customer service never knew where my stuff was and the day my stuff was delivered I had called them and asked for an update and they said it would arrive in 3 days and boom that day got a call and my stuff was waiting for me outside my apartment and I was 40 minutes away. Never gave me an update or an estimation upon arrival, would never deal with them again!

  Worst moving company ever. Stress from begining to end. Under quoted our move then upped it $2,000.00 When our things were delivered my family had to help unload there was only the driver. They advertise they are not a broker but in fact they are. Emails never returned. Still waiting for a breakdown of our move. This is the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with.
