Dealership attempted to sale me a vehicle without disclosing the known facts. I was told car priced low for quick sale and is great and worth more. Car appears and drives great. Then I noticed a cracked deflector and bubbles on bumper. Sales person acted surprised. Then we discuss vehicle sale and I notice a mandatory accessories fees for paint, window and other...protection for $498 and cannot be removed. I said will not consider paying a mandatory policy fee for something no one ever needs. Told to remove it. Dropped to half. I said no. Then they say OK, you win and call that negotiating car price. It was a tactic to distract from negotiating lower price. I then became suspicious, said I'll think about it. Requested to take car for preservice inspection. Inspection shows car will have serious mechanical issues costing possibly up to $3k or a little more in a few months. Broken car if not repaired. Dealership failed to tell me about cracked control arm, oil leak or spill issue that *** have possibly affect/damage the electronics. Needs more review beyond the inspection. Other issues, but not as serious. Dealership would have prevented any opportunity for preventative maintenance. Inspector says to not fix the issues will cost more then the price estimated for repairs. Ad shows vehicle condition is a great value with no reported accidents. Just because an accident is not reported does not mean it does not require disclosure. Dealership knew and said car issues no big deal. A broken suspension will become a big deal. Without knowing the car needs repairs, the buyer *** end up with a car that sits and cannot be driven. I requested to lower price and I take on the repairs. They stated car issue not a big deal and no. Car is falsely advertised. I am happy I paid money for private inspection. Dealership not willing to lower cost for repairs. No complaints of losing car. I have the entire state to shop in. But this car should not be sold and false ads removed.

The undertray of my vehicle had fallen down onto the road and was damaged heavily. Once home I was able to discover 3 bolts that hold the tray was missing. There are also two plastic clips on either side that held the tray strongly enough to stop it from ripping out completely. About 2 months had passed since my last oil change at this location. They claim since so much time has passed, they are not responsible for the damage. I explained and was willing to show them, that with those 3 bolts missing, the tray is still fairly stable. It took an certain set if circumstances to knock the tray loose. Something that would not have happened if those bolts were present. A service manager (******) claimed something had to have knocked it loose, a collision type of event. Even stating the clips could have easily broken. The clips fine, and there is no damage whatsoever around the location of where the bolts attach the tray to the vehicle. There is no other scenario possible that could have caused this. The bolts where either not replaced at all, or were not tightened properly. The fact X amount of time has passed has no bearing on who is responsible.
