    I took my car for service because my check engine light was on. They said it was the purge valve and it would cost $600 because it would take 1.5 hours to fix it. I knew it was c*** I brought the part there and did it myself in less than 10 minutes, which included me opening and closing my car hood. I feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am a woman.

    Our ************* Manager has left a message for *** ******.  

    The repair quote that we gave included diagnostic, a manufacturer's valve and a 30 minute pressure test to make sure that the concern was resolved.  We have offered to perform the pressure test at no charge to the customer.  We are awaiting a response.

    I recently visited Titus- Will Toyota showroom to inquire about a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. During my visit, I was informed by the salesman ******** that the vehicle I was interested in was currently being manufactured.During our conversation, I also mentioned my Thunderbird and inquired about its trade-in value. The salesman mentioned that he was completing a transaction with another customer who was trading in a Thunderbird, but he did not provide any information regarding the trade-in value of my vehicle despite my request.Later, I visited the Titus-Will Toyota website and was able to see the vehicle I was interested in online. I also used the online tool to input my Thunderbird as a trade-in and received a trade-in value along with a statement that there would be NO SURPRISE. "At the last minute the sale manager would not honor the trade in value, stating that my trade in was a specialty vehicle.I am disappointed with the lack of transparency and the deceptive nature of my interactions with Titus-Will Toyota dealership. The salesmans failure to provide information about the trade-in value and the inconsistency between the online tool and the in-person experience have left me feeling deceived.Transparency and honesty are crucial in maintaining customer trust and *************** other concerns regarding an interaction that I had with Sales Manager, **** on August 19, 2024, at the dealership. Asking a question regarding the internet tool for trade-in. **** stated that I was being disrespectful to him as a person, rather than addressing him in his professional capacity as a sale manager. He further indicated that he would not proceed with the sale of the vehicle until I issued an apology.I found this behavior to be intimidating and unprofessional. As a customer, I believe it is important to maintain a respectful and courteous dialogue, and I expect the same from the dealership staff.

    We are sorry that Mr. ****** was unhappy with the trade value of his 2003 Thunderbird.  Our General Sales Manager let Mr. ****** a message to discuss the situation on September 19th and has not heard back from Mr. ************* We would be happy to discuss this further if Mr. ****** would return our call.
