Oh they will sell you a car. After good luck. I had a service warranty. The car was wrecked back in Dec 2023. I talked to a person about getting a refund. He said he had to tell the warranty company and when everything is approved we will be getting a refund in about 4 to 6 weeks. Well the weeks go by and no update. I call Larson and no one ever calls back. I called the warranty company, but they never got the cancellation request. I cancelled it myself through them. Several weeks later still no update. The warranty company said it was approved and Larson should be sending out a refund. But that should have happened 2 months ago. It's now 9 months later and still no call back from Larson or a refund. Long story shorter, do not use Larson if you want good service beyond buying a car.

I recently bought a used vehicle from Larson VW of Tacoma, and it was a complete mess. Starting with the finance department sneakily adding warranty forms to my deal when I strictly told the salesperson I was not interested and crossed off any warranties from the negotiation form. The finance manager talked miles per minute stating she wouldn't even try and sell me warranties as they were "very expensive". I found out I was signed up for unwanted warranties when I saw my loan balance was thousands of dollars more than the original purchase price. When confronted, she acted completely dumbfounded that it happened and stated someone else put my paperwork together. I told them I wanted every warranty cancelled as I shouldn't have been signed up for any and she tells me only 2/4 of them they are able to refund. Long story short, I call the warranty company directly and they tell me ALL warranties are cancellable and VW had signed me up for GAP as well.. Which I was unaware of because I denied this coverage. The warranty company was far more helpful than VW Tacoma. This does not even include the poor experience with the service department starting a service of which I was not even there for, without prior confirmation. Also, they failed to remove any of the previous owner's information from the vehicle. Including name, home address in navigation system and a personal card in the center console. Every step of the way, working with them has been a headache and on top of that, they lie every chance they get. I reached out to the salesperson who helped me to inform him on everything and it was all excuses. I would not recommend anyone buy from this dealership unless you want to be lied to, signed up for thousands of dollars of unwanted warranties, have your personal information mishandled and have service done to your car without prior confirmation from you.

************************* the manager reached out to me to confirm me bringing a $3000 down payment I said I would bring to get a car I signed a contract saying that I would come pick up a car. There finance manager *************** said that if I didnt bring the $3000 then the contract wouldnt be pushed through and I wouldnt have to come and get the car Then ***** proceeded to text me aggressively and responded with. Actually we have another contract that we can push through it would be without $3000 down and the $3000 would come out of the profits for the deal. So we push it through as the same contract different lender. Theres nothing illegal about that. You already signed a contract. And our finance managers on camera **** she never once told you could return the car, thats what you heard. But you can return it, its an exchange policy. Were one of the only dealers that has that but its an exchange not a return policy and the wording that we all use, the exact same wording everybody here uses, is its an exchange policy not a return policy. You werent misled you were on the phone the whole time and werent paying attention. Thats on you.. Im not having any more conversations with you. Ill decide what Im gonna do the next ********************************************************* to make my decision Because I let him know that I would report them to bbb for trying to strong arm me into coming to get the car. I never signed a contract saying that I wanted the car without a down payment
