    October 12 2023 I went into Pacific NW Eye Associates for a eye exam to update my prescription for corrective lenses and new frames.Upon seeing the Dr. ** provided me with a new eye prescription.At that time I also ordered one pair of glasses and one pair of sunglasses form their optical *****I also paid $1495.00 in cash for *************** for two pair.I was called on 11/27/2023 telling me, their complete and ready to pick up.When I came in the office the prescription did not work. Blurred vision, unable to focus. I then tried on the sunglasses. I could not see out of them at all, however the optical ***** told me to take them home & get used to them saying, your eyes will adjust. I complained the sunglasses were supposed to have Bi-focals. Optical ***** then double checked on them. I was told Sorry, we never sent off the sunglasses for lenses they have the display plastic lenses in them. This was after they told me to take them home, your eyes will adjust... I couldn't believe this happening so they scheduled me another eye exam with same Dr. ** again changed my prescription and I came in for the new lenses and frame fitting.Again they did not work. My vision was blurry and seeing double. The optical ***** made their own changes without (Dr. ********* and had me come in again for the changes they've made. Once again blurry vision. I could see this company is failing on getting my eye prescription correct. I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years and never had any of these complications therefore, I asked for a refund of my $1495.00 !I was told we have a no refund policy on lenses and frames.I talked to manager ***************************.I shared with her my situation seeing the Dr. twice and the optical **** 6 times with no prescription that enhances my vision. It's been 6 months ************* told me no refunds ! I said: no refunds ?No PNWEA personnel said anything about a No Refund Policy, nor does the receipts, nor do they have signage posted. **lp

    Transphobic work environment. Staff discriminated towards trans coworkers to the point of getting them fired. Dead names patients and uses excuse after excuse rather than just fixing their outdated thought processes.

    My mom has been seeing ************ at this clinic and he's great! But the office staff is the most unprofessional and dishonest people there! My mom has eye issues and needs to see dr. regularly but is unable because of the office staff. Almost each time her appts gets rescheduled or they never schedule an interpreter and even when i call the day of appt to make sure she has appt they either lie, saying she does not have appt (even when she gets text reminder) or make her come to the office and then send her home because they forgot to schedule an interpreter for her. For as long as she's been coming to this office, she has always had issues with seeing a doctor on regular basis (which her doctor tells her to do). Not at any other clinic she has had any of these issues. She has gone several months without appt because of the staffs unprofessionalism and because they simply do not care about their patients. My mom would have left this clinic a long time ago if it wasn't for ************, who truly cares and helps my mom with her eye issues. So good luck seeing a doctor there if you need one.
