***** and his team did an exceptional job installing our toilets, hot water heater, whole home filtration system, water shutoff valve off valve and examining all of our plumbing for potential problems! Everything works great!

He arrived on time, communicated ************** during & after working on projects. He explained the issues he identified & his recommendations clearly. 5 starsAll technicians were professional, informative and courteous. Job was done exactly as quoted and within the timeline agreed upon. Sales *** who quoted for the job found an issue the other two companies had not noticed, and it was fixed along with a complete ***iping job in a 100+ year old house. Big project done skillfully with a great crew. All questions asked of either office personnel or technicians were answered promptly and professionally. 5 starsCalled to replace an aging water heater that Larson installed 10 yrs ago (during our 40th Anniversary dinner!). First visit to assess the situation was thorough and skilled. without pressure to purchase. The Tech yesterday seemed skilled (what do I know?); the Tech explained the components and how they work, encouraged me to call with any questions. He could have pointed out a few minor things to me but I called the next day and got my answers from the Service Mgr. (How's that for service? A real supervisor, responding to a customer's request!) Not the cheapest company but quick, reliable service. High quality water heater with upgraded features. I feel confident in them. The tech was especially skilled at giving me the bad news: he'd "met" some ants by the floor baseboard when finishing things up (I already have an exterminator), and even worse, my water meter has water in it so that means a leak is somewhere. Gave me the info of a Leak-finding company. Professional, pleasant, and respectful of my property.Review fromWillie S

I contact Bob Larson Plumbing to repair leaking toilet in my apartment.after initial assessment, we agreed to $ 398 for the whole repair. the technician began the repairing after the price agreement. then, about 45 minutes later, he said he will had to give me a new quote or he will not going to finish the job. the new quote he gave me was about $2900.simply, I can not afford the new quote. therefore, the job was never done. anyway, Bob Larson Plumbing left without finishing anything. the toilet was unhooked, But they still charged me $ 398 to my credit card.I felt liked being extorted.Bob Larson Plumbing LLC

We did give an initial estimate of $362 +Tax. After removing the toilet, we found the existing closet ****** to be completely rotted away. This is not an issue that could have been know without removing the toilet in the first place. It would not have been possible to reset the toilet to the existing ****** without causing water damage. Due to this issue, we did not reset the toilet, instead we gave a bid to replace the closet ****** and install the toilet securely and proper. If the estimate was accepted, we would have applied the initial estimate to that invoice. The customer decided to not accept the estimate.Review fromMary T

5 starsI've used Larson Plumbing three times over a period of about seven years. The latest appointment was to replace an aging water heater.
