    Hired All Purpose after a referral from **************************** to aid with moving my washer and dryer from my kitchen to my garage. ********** was handling the electric and All Purpose the plumbing. I paid All Purpose 100% before work began, and All Purpose completed half of the job and left the site. All Purpose did not create a vent from my dryer to the outside of my home as discussed, therefore leaving my washer and dryer inoperable. When I called All Purpose the general manger told me that I was mistaken and that they would not be coming back to finish the job and that if I wanted to have them install a vent they would need to come out and charge for another job. ********** staff who was here while this was occurring stated: "In all my years of work I have never seen such a bad job." Work site was left dirtied, All Purpose did not turn my water heater back on after cutting all plumbing to the home, left holes in my drywall leading from the garage into my home, and other issues. I now have to have ********** come out on 11/30/23 at 1:30pm to give me a bid to complete All Purpose's job. I would like a partial refund from them for the work that they did not complete.

    We have returned to cleanup more and look at another issue the customer complained about. We also refunded him $500.00 from the original work to satisfy him even though we know we are in the right of the contracted work. This matter is settled.
