    Our experience working with Matt and Choreology was excellent. As the architects and builders of our home, we tend to have high standards for those who work on the property and can quickly identify when corners are cut or someone does not have the right knowledge for the task. This was not the case with Choreology. This past winter we observed water damage on our home’s interior, and Matt helped to diagnose and repair the problem, far exceeding our expectations. From the start, Matt’s knowledge of building systems and weatherproofing considerations was evident, as he worked intently to identify the cause of the failure, found likely unseen impacts that would need to be addressed, and talked us through all the steps that would be necessary to repair the damage. He is a good listener and communicator, proactive, kind and patient. We found him very efficient, and he took great care to minimize the disruption to our household throughout the course of the repairs. Workmanship was top-notch, and the range of skills Matt possesses is impressive, from diagnostics, demo, carpentry, through painting and finish work. The follow-up was similarly superb, and we have subsequently worked with Matt on a number of additional small repair scopes at our home. We would highly recommend Matt and Choreology to anyone with a building envelope or weatherproofing repair issue; you will not be disappointed.

    **** did a terrific job repairing my gutter. He also fixed a roof tile or two while he was up there. Very kind person, would recommend their services to anyone. Will be using them for them again without a doubt!

    I would never recommend **** with Chore-ology. I have been waiting for my insurance claim person to call me back. I told him I needed to talk with them before I signed any more documents. He has threatened me all weekend to pay him immediately. Even though I told him if the estimate was any more than a few hundred dollars I would be using my insurance. He sent a n estimate for $1000.00 originally then he dropped it 2 times. With a final quote of $750.50. I just received an email from him that he has mailed a lien on the property owners property and has mailed us both a copy. I never intended not to pay him. Do not use ***** He way over priced what was left for him to complete on the project. The property owner said he was only there for 2.5 hours. **** billed for 3 hours. The property owner said at 5he very most he should not have charged more than $500.00 for the work accomplished. The whole process of dealing with **** has left me sick ti my stomach. He is completely unprofessional.
