    Landlord Solutions is very unprofessional. They have you fill out a form. In my case I checked eviction was needed due to selling the property. When they sent the form they had checked a different category. When brought to their attention they replied with quite a few grammar mistakes in their email. Then they filed a 10 day comply or vacate notice, when the 10 days were up they replied that they don't back up the vacate part. This company is a racket set up to keep your tenant as long as possible to keep you as a paying client.

    I think *************************, apparently the owner of LandlordSolutions, is the most rude person I have ever spoken to on the telephone. He is VERY unprofessional, although he speaks with his best legalese to sound "right". Never in my life have I been compelled to hang-up on a "professional", but *** (I now refuse to refer to him as mister for that requires respect in my book) ********* I DID hang-up on. He was yelling and yelling at me. I was trying to understand what he meant and he yelled at me, claiming I was just trying to blame others. --------------I asked him if our phone call was being recorded. I stated that I hoped it was for he was speaking so rudely to **** will be surprised to learn nobody else has reported him here. He has little patience for elderly women trying their best to understand the legal system.
