Spent 1500$ on motor mounts only to have my car run worse right away. I went back to get them repaired under warranty and they didn't want to do it and only replaced one which broke the next day because all the motor mounts were either cheap/ put in incorrectly or both. Either way definitely feel like I got ripped off as I now have to pay another shop to do it right!

I brought my truck to Austin's Pro Max. They charged $1100 and the headlights were worse. I wanted to upgrade from a halogen to an led. hey were after market headlights with wiring issues. ******** recommended taking this to the dealer to fix the problem. The dealer fixed the problem for more money. I asked for a refund from Austin's, but the didn't come through. The question was simple; "I paid you to take care of the problem... But the problem got worse." What's up with this??? I can't trust them to do an honest job for a good price. Very disappointed!

Mr. ********* brought his truck in stating he wanted LED headlights.  When the technician went to install the new lights, he found all wiring to the headlights was bare wires twisted together with just tape wrapped around them.  When we brought this to his attention, Mr. ********* stated a shop named ********** had done wiring work recently on the lighting system.  Mr. ********* authorized Pro Max to fix the connections, and the technician cleaned up the botched wiring and put proper wring connectors on to ensure a good connection that was also protected from grounding out.  Wires were reconnected to what connections previously were there with the appropriate materials.  The aftermarket LED lights did not function properly in his system so the manager, *****, told Mr. ********* to bring it back in so we could make any corrections needed and Mr. ********* stated he'd just rather go back to the stock lights with the repaired wiring job.  ***** informed him we would take care of that for him and potentially just refund him for the LED lights.  Instead, Mr. ********* ended up at the dealer, where they of course weren't willing to work on it without a complete install of new factory wiring, of which was already a complete mess prior to bringing it to Pro Max.  Mr. ********* decided to have the dealership restore wiring and headlights back to factory condition.  Work done at any of our repair facilities has a warranty at that facility but it does not cover someone taking it to a different company.  And changing everything back to the factory setup would have been much easier than repairing the mess of twisted together and taped up wires it came into our shop with.  We'd have gladly put it back to factory condition for Mr. ********** unfortunately his warranty doesn't cover it going to the dealership for the work.
