    I have been paying 1400 week was told that my car would we started and worked on after they got my verbal approval and 400 down. I called to check on my vehicle and noticed that it has been parked on the back street on ********** and has not been touched when they have the parts already I have *** told several different times when my car would be fixed and now I am being told it wont be fixed or worked on until they receive the total amount that is owed to fix it. I asked to get the agreement in writing the owner refused but I have held my end of the verbal agreement so why cant I get it in writing the owner was extremely rude over talked me would not let me speak and talk to me like I am not educated. And I am a woman at that he is extremely disrespectful.

    *** transmission did a free diagnostic for my vehicle end of April. They quoted me to get a used transmission because they said I needed a whole new transmission. I agreed and let them work on my vehicle. They finally gave me my car after about having it in shop for a month. When I got it, it still wasnt working. I took it back for 500 mile check. My car completely blown out I had to get a tow because my car was in worse shape than I had brought it in. *** towed my car back to the shop, they said the transmission they had put in had warranty and they need to seal axis. I called when I should expect it to be done ***** said end of week May 31. Every time I call to see whats going on he says the parts are not in or they need to seal axis but dont have seal yet. They have had my car in shop for over two months. I want a refund so I can take my car to another shop to fix my car. This has inconvenience me immensely. I use my car for work and since they have taken longer time than they told me I wouldve never let them do work on my car.

    We apologize for the delay, used transmissions can be a longer than expected repair process due to the fact they are recycled part and not new. Also, this Chevrolet Spark is actually made by ****************** of Korea and have a rare cvt transmission supplied from ****** company. There are very few used still in good shape and very few new seals and gaskets nearby that are correct. Thank you again for your patience we are backing this uncommon transmission with a good warranty and will provide you with timely service in the future if needed. Now that you have picked up your car all fixed, We hope to see it back in 300 to 500 miles for a no charge look over.

    I brought my car to *** transmission jan 9th. They said " My seal is leaking but should also replace the axle" not knowing it was the same Axle I replaced 8 months ago at another shop still under warrenty. Most likely i just needed the seal replaced but bought into their "professional" opinion that i should also replace the cv axle.The first axle they ordered, the duralast gold, was lost in transport. They ordered a second one, napa premium, which was installed in my car. When I picked up my car jan 19th, I was charged for both Axles ( the one they lost & the one thats in my car). The labor average for an CV Axle replacement is one hour. They charged me $453 for the labor which appears to be labor for both axles. When i questioned the charge *** insisted over and over I was not being charged for both Axles, even though it was on the invoice and included in the total. When I insisted for a correct invoice- *** repeatedly said, "I can see youre not happy ,what if I give you $100, would that make you happy?" He was rude and condesending. Again I told him I just want a correct invoice that's only charging me for the one Axle installed. I did not take the $100. Begrudgingly he changed the invoice reciept around. The "New" invoice said the napa premium axle installed was no longer $179.99 but $ ******! (The exact total of both Axles, on the original invoice)He marked up the price to reflect the total of both axles combining the two Axle amounts; the original invoice axles were $288.36 (the lost Axle) and $179.99 (the one installed) He was rude and unprofessional.Both invoices totaled EXACTLY $1,003.86. When *** was asked if the part mark up was for him, he smirked and said "Yes it is". I was charged for parts I didn't use and most likely charged double for labor. When I asked for the old axle back that was replaced and still under warrenty they did not have it . I'm certain all I needed was a seal. I was seen as an old woman they could double talk and scam.
