    On July 8,2024 I purchased Sea **** pills from this with expedited shipping. It's been almost a month and have not received anything. Numerous attempts have been made to get a refund to no avail. No answers when called. No response to Numerous emails. All I get is a voice recording. I want my money refunded in full.

    On July 24, 2024, we received an inquiry from the customer regarding their order status. Upon investigation, we determined that the package had been lost in transit.

    We promptly notified the customer of this situation and proposed a reshipment, requesting confirmation of the preferred delivery address.

    Despite our outreach, we did not receive a response from the customer.

     In accordance with their initial request, we have processed a full refund for the order. A screenshot of the refund transaction has been attached for your reference.

    I ordered 3 bottles of Infinite Advance Age Sea **** on Nov 7, 2023 and I received it on Nov 18, 2023. I did not open because I wanted to ask my doctor how she felt about me taking it and based on her concern about it I decided to return and did so on 11-18-23 using *** and paid extra to have them contact me when it arrived back to Infinite Age which was on Nov 24 at 12:40 pm. Before I purchased, their ad stated for any reason it was returned would be refund completely after they had received it back within **** days. Its now been 14 days and when I call the number that I initialed call them on ************** it doesn't even ring just say call ended. I have tried on two different occasions to check on my refund and each time I gave all the info from *** & Infinite said they would investigate (I don't know what there is to investigate) .and would refund after their investigation. Now I can't even get them on the phone just immediately no ring or anything just shows call ended.

    I received my refund from Infinite Advance on 12-14-2023. I still feel that had BBB gotten involved they still would have been stringing me along.  Thanks for your assistance.

    I bought a bottle of Infinite Age product thinking it would be good for me for a month.no results,so I bought 3 more at a price for $91.00 thinking giving it more time to work.A month passed no nothing.So I had been calling getting no response then text them no response,so I mailed the 2 bottles back to them with a short letter inside telling them how the product did nothing for me and wanted my money back.The product was(returned to sender,no such number,unable to forward.

    I placed an order for sea **** capsules on Sunday, September 10, 2023. I was informed that my order would be shipped to me on Monday, September 18, 2023. Twenty four hours after this date, I still have yet to receive my order. Either provide my requested product or a refund.

    I ordered the Infinite Cleanse pills from Infinite Age and they didn't do anything besides give me insomnia. So I reached out to the company in hopes of a refund because they have a 60-day money back guarantee. ****** from Infinite Age told me to ship the pills back via ****** which I did and spent $13 doing so, and upon receipt of the package, they would issue a refund. Based off of the tracking information that ***** provided, it said that the pills should reach the company on Thursday 8-3-23. After a week of not hearing from the company, nor receiving a refund, I reached back out and ****** responded saying that they never received the package and that I should reach out to ****** I contacted ***** over the phone and online and they both confirmed that the package was delivered on Thursday, 8-3-23 @ 4:18pm and was signed for by ****. Now the company is saying that once I figure it out with ****** which I've already done, that they would issue a refund. This is all just a scam. Their products don't work and they don't uphold their 60-day money back guarantee.
