    I am rejecting this response because:  this is untrue.  We did NOT discuss that the bin was not out.  We discussed that the driver perhaps took a photo of the wrong lawn - her theory - or that he drove by the recycling bin and took a photo on the far side of the lawn where the bin was not visible.  I believe this latter is correct.  The first ****** I talked with at LeMay thought there was a tree on the right side of my lawn and the only way it could appear there was a tree on the right side of the lawn is if the driver drove past the recycling bins and took the photo beyond the tree where the bin - which was out - was not visible!!!!!!!!!

    ******** *******ek after I put the bin out. I am 72 and have a neurological disorder so I am deeply resentful this is such a hassle as it uses up my very limited energy. I would like an apology, my bin emptied at no cost (She said they could come back but they would charge me) and I would like them TO STOP DOING THIS!!!!!!!!

    I spoke with the customer and explained that, based on the drivers photo, the recycling cart was not out at the time of service. I advised that we will send another truck on 4/15 to empty the recycling cart at no additional cost. I also informed the customer of her next scheduled pickup day and which carts will be serviced on that date. I provided my direct number in case she has any further concerns.

          Here is a copy of the projected bill for the credit that is reflect on 7/10 in the amount of $4.82 prior to tax totaling $4.99. You will seen this on the billing statement for August - September as the prior statement for June-July had already been issued out. It wont let me attach the document to show

    Called and spoke to ************** advised as a courtesy would give onetime credit for a bag $4.82 for bag left in cart. Advised generally garbage should free flow out of cart and if he has any concerns he can reach me directly to try to resolve any concerns he may have.

    ************** subscribes to an Every-other- week garbage service and yesterday April 9th was not his regular garbage day. Spoke with Mr.. ***** about his schedule and addressed his concerns. As a courtesy moved service days per his request.

    I am rejecting this response because this business knows full well if I have to call each and every time the garbage lid is open is a waste of my time.  That does not resolve the problem.  Coming back to my home to close the lid is a total waste of time.  I can close the lid myself.  I am not helpless that I cannot close my own garbage lid.  This was a totally stupid response which did not have a lot of thought.  The problem is the lids should not be open in the first place.  Le May has poor management that they cannot hire drivers to read notes.  There is no excuse for this lack of poor management.

    ************* was made aware that the route was covered by a helper driver on this day and that his regular driver is very aware of his concerns about his lids being closed after servicing. We did send driver back same day to close the lid on his garbage cart. His account has been noted and the Operations Manager is monitoring. It did not rain on this day, so no water accumulated in the cart and the cart was corrected within a few hours of being serviced.
