    we did not receive the correct amount of meat that was due to ** and the owner hung up on me when I called to inquire on the telephone. His meat cooler was full of moldy and rotten beef and some of the meat returned to me was moldy as well, when the packages were opened. I took a ***************************************** to be cut and wrapped immediately per my request, that was picked up 4 days later. we received 520 pounds of meat in return which is considerably less than what we should have received. *his is a terrible operation that employs bad business practices, unclean facilities and makes an extra buck off of cheating customers and there families out of meat . for example, I received 17 pounds of brisket wrapped in 3 separated packages to make an unknowing customer believe they received the entire brisket when they're should have been 30 pounds or more of brisket. the * bones were moldy and turning green so we had to throw them away, 100% not our meat! our beef was not hanging long enough to mold. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. I give ZERO S*ARS to custom meats.
