I tried to link my skypass membership # ************ to flights reference #:4EQKOW and 4LCMVX I tried to do this at the airport check in desk. They said it's perhaps because the booked flight didn't have my middle name ********. They then told me it can only be done online. I chatted in and they said they can't do it. I don't understand...I would like confirmation that the two flights have been link to the ******* membership to accrue mileage!

On June 14, 2024, I checked in for my Korean Airlines flight from ******* to ****************, *******. I was flying with my fiancee to visit her family in *******. We had both received valid tourist ****s from the ********************* valid for our visit. However, when we checked in for our flights, the Korean Airline employees refused my check-in because while my tourist **** had all correct information (first name, last name, passport number, passport country, issue date, expiration date, port of entry, and duration), it did not include my middle name in error. I told multiple Korean Airlines employees that I was willing to fly to ******* and handle any potential issues with immigration on my own, bearing any additional costs myself. I also unsuccessfully called the Vietnam **** hotline and Vietnam's consulates and embassies in the ** to try and fix the ****. My fiancee departed on her scheduled flight and I was forced to rebook the same flights for the next day at an additional cost of $1,620.60. Since Korean Airlines still refused to let me fly with my current ****, I was forced to use a third-party Vietnam *******************, Vietnam-Immi, which issued a temporary emergency **** letter for a cost of $350.00. The next day, Korean Airlines allowed me to check in for my rebooked flights and I flew to ****************. When I arrived in *******, a large ***** on Arrival" section greeted me and I received a new tourist **** from immigration authorities for a cost of only $***** conclusion, due to Korean Airlines I missed my engagement party in *******. My original tourist **** (omitting my middle name) may have been sufficient to enter *******. Furthermore, if there was a **** issue, I would have been able to speak with an immigration officer, and I could have purchased a new ****-on-arrival for $25. I seek a refund of the additional costs I was forced to pay: the airfare plus the unnecessary cost of the third-party **** letter, $325 ($350 - $25 for **** fee).

Hi,I booked a round-trip flight from *****, ***** to *************, ********** through Korean Air on 08/19/2023. The first half of the round-trip detail is with flight number KE138, 11/01/2023 from *****, *****(12:50pm local time) to *******************************(16:25pm local time), then with flight number KE025 from *******, Korean(20:20pm local time) to *************, **(14:55pm local time). The second half of the round-trip detail is with flight number KE024 on 04/29/2024 from *************, **(12:50am) to *******, Korean(17:20 pm), then with flight number KE137 from *******, Korean(8:50 am next day) to *****, *****. Total amount is 8237 CNY(4900 air fare and 3337 tax).I booked another flight(UA1955) which is from *********** to ************* on 04/29/2024. That flight will arrive at ************* at 12:26 AM which would give me 24 minutes to catch the return flight to ******But on Jan 28th, I received an email from Korean Air that the schedule for the return flight had changed, the new departure time is 12:40 AM instead of 12:50 AM. So I feel 14 minutes is not enough for me to make International flight transfer including going through custom. Thus I raised a concern to Korean Air and asking for a reason about schedule change, but got no response. Then I make several calls to them and also sent several emails asking for flight cancellation and refund half of my original payment back. But they refused to make the refund and only agree to refund me the tax I'm not used for the return flight, which is only 1597 CNY. I feel not treated as a valued customer, this is not my fault for the refund request. Korean Air made the schedule change without any explanation and break my whole schedule. All I want is have half of the payment back, but they refused to do so. This is very hurting!Hope I can get some help from BBB to get my money back and make things right.I can share my email thread with Korean Air in the attachments if I'm able to upload. Thank you!!!

On September 17, 2023, I made a trip from ***** to *********** on Korean Airlines flight KE 011 I forgot my prescription glasses in the pocket of seat 53K, I went the next morning to the Korean Airlines offices at the airport, They say ,, not responsible for anything, I asked them to check the plane again and they denied me their help. Afterwards I sent a complaint on the airline's website and their response via email was that they were sorry but they couldn't help me and they sent me to the airport's lost and found department, ands they say that the company is responsible for being a object inside the plane and NOT in the airport. In short, no one is responsible, not even the cleaning company or anything, that's why I demand that they return my glasses as soon as possible or I pay the amount of 500 dollars for them.In addition to an apology for all the bad times and waste of time that I have had.

on November 3rd my wife to be, came from *************** to *************. on a round trip Ticket (Paid Cash for ticket) with Korean Airlines, We had business here in *******, that kept her from returning on the return flight on Nov. 28th.We called them on Jan 3rd and they agreed to give us a refund for the return portion that was unused. A week later still no refund check. We called back only to be told that now it would be weeks before we could recover our funds. We are preparing to return now to ******, on a different Airline. And we need our funds for that return trip. certainly they could return our money if they wanted to, but apparently getting money back from some buswinesses is very difficult. If your organization could help us get our money that's due us. we would be so thankfull. (The Ticket number is *************) Issued to *************************. My Wife. Thanks Again,*************************
