      This ambulance service has never sent me any bills or anything and sent all my accounts to debt collectors and then legal offices without any notification to me. I found out by the legal offices calling me and telling me. When i asked they said rural ambulance sent all documents to an address i havent lived at in 4 years after i informed them i had moved. I was also told that i had bo outstanding debt a couple weeks ago then they have their lawyer try to shake me down for more money. Its borderline criminal.

      AMR contacted the consumer by phone and discussed the concerns.  We were unable to confirm if the debt mentions was from our company.  The consumer has been advised to follow up if he is contacted by the debt collector to be able to further assist.

      Several years ago i had an ambulance ride to the er by rural metro ambulance i gave them info for my two insurances i told them to ***************************** apple health apparently they billed the va which the va declined payment. They havent tried to notify me then this morning april 18th i recieve a call saying im getting sued and i had to set up a payment plan even tho i was never made awarw of any debt owed. I believe rural metro ambulance and nrs are trying to shake me down illegally.
