    This company delivered furniture on Monday 4-7-25. A hour after I had it rescheduled because I couldnt be here for the delivery. The driver threw his trash on the ground and told my handicapped husband they couldnt help him. This was left directly in front of our trash cans. They did come back and get most of the trash. But not all of it and was contracted to remove all debris. The driver broke my screen door upon entry into my house. He ripped the closing device off and left it. But he must have bent the door or something preventing the door from catching. So now the door opens with wind. My dog is able to push it open which has never been the case prior to their delivery I am not sure what to do. The company has asked for videos and I have submitted them. And now they are no longer responding to phone calls and emails they have told me the manager would call me back. They have told me the driver would call me. Nothing

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have reached out to you multiple times. Via phone and promised a return call and never recieved a single call . The repairs were never accepted by me. You reconnected the pneumatic door closer. Which was never my problem.  My problem is the door handle doesnt latch anymore. The frame or the handle has been bent and is. Non functional. If you want to communicate. Please respond to one of my many emails that I have sent.

The representative concurred and extended an apology for the service rendered to Mr. *****' partner, assuring him that this individual was a delivery partner and that they vehemently disavow such behavior and the substandard service experienced. A-1 Distribution further emphasized the necessity of addressing the door issues to prevent any potential harm to his dog in the event that the door sustains damage as a result.
