    Beware! Once you buy a collar from them, they make it difficult (or impossible so far) to return an unused collar. They don't respond to customer service emails for over a week and delay your return so that your 30 day return window has closed.

    This was the worst collar I have ever bought for any of my dogs ... bought this system cause it had a 5 star rating on ****** got the system and it don't work right at all ...it sends signals to the collar saying dog is in not in perimeter when the dog isn't even 10 feet form the transmitter...no matter where we put it in the house it don't work right ...dog was at the back door collar started to beep giving warning that the dog is out of bounds I couldn't get the collar off fast enough before my pup got shocked ... I wasted 200 bucks on this ...I refuse to use it for fear it will randomly shock my dogs ....don't know how this got 5 stars when its trash! A wast of money !!!!!

    The biggest piece of junk I have ever got. Poor dog got shocked 30 feet from the transponder so I thought that I may have it set wrong so I reset it then it didn't shock her at all she could go as far as she wanted. Worked with this thing for about a hour and never did get it to work ******. So with that said I went back got a new petsafe, that I had uesd in the pass and it works great.OOOO and don't try to get a hold of someone at Luxipaws you are wasting your time.

    I recently purchased a bark collar from Luxipaws. It worked for about one week, and now simply does not turn on and does not work. It charges, but simply does not work even though fully charged. I cannot find a phone number, and have submitted a case and sent an email. After reading the reviews below, I am now concerned that I am stuck with this defective product. I have never known a company to not have a phone number to reach them.

    This collar worked great for both of our barkers. But, one stopped working and they failed to respond to emails. They have horrid customer service. Do not buy from them; if I could have left less than one star to get this review published, I would have.

    Does not work and I cant get the company to return my emails on how to make it work! Also, you cannot leave a review on their website! Its a scam!!!

    And so it begins. Bought this, it doesn't work, beep sometimes, sometimes it doesn't, certain distances, other times it doesn't. My pet is so confused it doesn't even want to move. And now the game of trying to return it gets started as they won't even send a return label. They keep wanting to troubleshoot it. That's a sign right there. If they make it difficult to return something, there's a reason.

    This is a scam website. Their collar does not work as advertised and you cannot return the product. It only that you cannot leave a review to warn others. They need to be stopped!

    Do not order their products. They fail after 30 day warranty is up and then in order to get any help you'll spend weeks emailing back and forth. Then when you finally get a resolution, they'll send your replacement products to old addresses even after you sent in an email with the correct information. Completely a waste of time and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.
