    I purchased a graduation regalia package for $125.00 from this business on 1/24/2024. When I asked about tracking information, the business sent an email reply telling me that I would have to give them additional money because the $125 price had been posted in error. I had my PayPal receipt and it showed that all items in the package were to be included. The business eventually dropped the bait-and-switch and processed my order. My order arrived today. The items are so large that they cannot be worn safely. The only measurement that the business required was for height. I contacted the business directly to let them know I'd return what I had received if they were willing to send a package in a more fitting size. The business replied and said that they would not accept my return nor send another set and suggested that I visit a tailor. This customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I wanted to give the business an opportunity to make it right, but it does not appear that they are not going to. Other buyers need to be made aware of MyGradDay.com's shady business practices. On a side note, the business has an address in Washington but my order was shipped from *****.

    This is a custom Doctoral Graduation Gown Hood & Tam 8S,Customized according to customer requirements,At the beginning, I set the wrong price. When I found out, I contacted the customer, but he could not accept it, so I can only agree
    When he got the package, he said it was too big, but it was made based on what he had ordered, and we had a size chart for it, and it was gown based on height, which is kind of the pattern in the industry
    This order has been refunded, and my goods have not been recovered. In fact, we have lost the clothes and freight
