    I cannot complain about the prompt service I received and the level of care that ******************** and their crew performed. They were excellent. But consumers need to know what happened afterwards. I live in a very expensive house with a boat and a pool that the I noticed the workers entered. What they didnt notice is that my husband left me and I have almost no funds to live on. For this reason I was very careful to make sure all work was covered by insurance. ***** told me that the bill, $14,146.30, which I received with an order to pay within 15 days, was $8000 above what the average mitigation company pays for this area. I didnt realize how inflated this price was until I got a quote to replace the floor, only half of which was removed during mitigation. The quote for a brand new floor from another company including all labor and materials is $7,858.95. ***** water damage charged almost double the amount to remove half of the quoted floor, two feet of drywall from 1.5 rooms and the use of 48 dehydrators for 2 days. If this isnt extortion, I dont know what is. You should know that when insurance wont pay for an inflated bill, that you are on the hook for it. Choose another company. I wish I did.
