    My doctor reffered me to Innovative Sleep for Sleep related health concerns in 2021. After a series of appointments an in office overnight Sleep study was conducted in July of 2021 and my insurance was billed. I paid the uncovered amount approximately $1k. It was determined I required a CPAP machine during sleep.I was told supply chain issues and manufacture recall delayed orders. I waited, checking in every few months for approximaly a year. In August of 2022 Innovative Sleep made a new order, this time with Olyimpia Respiratory. The order was denied because the Sleep study took place too long ago. Innovative Sleep then had me conduct an at home Sleep study in November of 2022. Again my insurance was billed and I covered the rest, this time around $200. I was told my order was sent to Olyimpia Respitory.Today, December 21 2022, I contacted ******* Respitory and learned that my order was never sent to them. Twice Innovative Sleep charged my insurance and twice I received no care. This may be a case of poor management or fraud/ waste/ abuse as funds are being collected without care being delivered. My only request is to receive the care need and that has been paid for.

The business manager contacted the patient on January 10, 2023, to review and address the concerns outlined in the complaint and provide resolution. The patient was informed that an internal case review was conducted, the results of which showed no errors in medical diagnosis or treatment plan. The appropriate clinical course of action was followed based on standard practice guidelines. In response to equipment delivery, a *********************** recall and significant supply chain disruptions delayed initiating treatment with CPAP for millions of sleep apnea sufferers, including this patient. This is a global ongoing issue that will take months if not years to resolve. In this case, we are glad to see the patient received the medical equipment already. At the conclusion of the meeting, the patient was understanding and satisfied with the outcome. Respectfully, Innovative Sleep Centers Management
