  Contacted me in November 2022 offering me a dropshipping website with total automation. The big selling point was the outstanding marketing. They did create a nice WordPress web site and instructions on how to use it. I got 1 ******** ad in December for $35, that was all the advertising I got. I paid $5,800 for this 'total automation '. So far I have made 1 sell in 5 months. They blocked me from calling and refuse to do any advertising. They can't even get a single like on the ******** page. I can't afford this and want a refund.

  It has been brought to our attention that a service complaint regarding the following services contracted with Gemtech Pros LLC. on November 11, 2022.

  After thorough investigation of our phone records, CRM client notes, fulfillment records/emails, and service agreements, all contracted services have been completed and confirmed as of December 15, 2022.
  
  
  In addition to the contracted services, we have provided a significant amount of complimentary services. These complimentary services include paid ******** advertising (not contracted), web development educational support services (not contracted), additional content automation (not contracted), and a brand new laptop.
  
  
  Customer's Statement of the Problem:

  No where on our contract does it state "total automation." You signed the contract with a clear description of our content automation service as follows. 
  
  
  Contracted Marketing Services: 
  Content Automation: Not everyone has the time to manage the content necessary to be put out on your social platforms. We will take a big chunk of that marketing time off your plate by creating four custom ads and publishing those ads to be scheduled throughout the week on various social gateways. 
  
  
  Since the launch of your deluxeinteriordecor.com drop shipping website, we have posted 50+ organic content ads on various social media platforms that we designed to promote your business. We've also created a custom Content Commercial, 4 Branded Custom Holiday Ads and 4 Holiday Branded QR Codes that can be used to connect with your customer base through your social ********************** platforms. We have documented proof of this work to support our case in addition to the signed Gemtech Product Confirmation agreement from December 15, 2022. 
  
  
  Our phone records and CRM client notes also document that we have spoken to you weekly since you signed the contract agreement on November 11, 2022. This is not including the various appointments that you needed to reschedule due to internet service issues on your end. Therefore, the arguments stated in your complaint are not valid nore in any way accurate. We have gone above and beyond to satisfy the agreement between you and our company in addition to multiple complimentary services. No refund will be granted.

  this company is a huge lying joke. I got a Wordpress  website and a Facebook  page for $5,800. They are false advertising  through  their lying salesman  and the all about marketing  sales pitch. There is no marketing and no advertising. They make big promises and deny everything  when called out on it  The in-house salesman **** promised  total automation  and top notch advertising.  This is just a huge money grab and I can only pray no one else  falls for their money scamming lies. I will get word out that you are a dishonest scam
