    Very rude. Lied about calling ** and did not answer the phone most of the time. Couldnt find us near an Elementary School.Took over two hours and it was dark near a bad area.

    Hello this is the owner and operator of L and H Roadside. I would like to personally address this for I am the one you spoke to. I do recall this situation and understood exactly the importance of the arrival. I in fact arrived on time as requested and called the number given several times. The location was not accurate on my dispatch per the insurance and after a few non responses I had to move on to the next customer waiting, and needing ******************** just as urgently. Once the customer had shared her location as well as a very rude text that discredited my character, I placed myself back enroute once the other job inque was completed. My apologies for the time frame on a Friday night, however I did return to assist without hesitation. I do apologize for not answering the phone while driving or assisting another customer.
