    We have used Protec for our home security system for several years. We closed on the sale of our home 05/12, called day-of to cancel our alarm service. We were told the person on the phone is unauthorized to cancel the service and that the account manager would call us that day to get it canceled. Weve now called every day to cancel without success, continue to be told the manager will call us that day that we call, weve sent emails without response or acknowledgement from the company, and have been unable to cancel our service. They continue to charge us for the service. The new owner of the home is now unable to access the alarm system because of this. We would like assistance with getting the company to cancel our service and refund us the money that has been charged for this month.

    I cancelled service with this company. This was confirmed with one of there employees , Bubba. They keep sending me bills even though I have asked them to stop.

    The camera service has been horrible and customer service is aweful!! Ive called over and over to cancel and they just put me on hold then hang up Ive sent a letter and an email to cancel my service but no response so I finally drove to there business and the place was empty with just there name on door but they keep charging me anyway Ive been trying for two months to get ahold of them with no response I just want it canceled and I believe they owe me the two months they charged since thats when I started contacting them to cancel with no success!! Thank you
