      After speaking with them after updating my insurance in March. they never informed me that there was any other issues so I continued to go each week. Approximately months later I was informed there had been an issue with my insurance in March. I had issues with website for payment and billing to look. I complained and asked questions and wouldn't respond until I filed a complaint. They now expect me to pay for everything even though they bill my insurance each time I go so they should have informed me that they were getting denied each week. I had Approximately 500 dollars in my account but couldn't access my account. Never got answer why they took 4 plus months to notify me or had help with accessing my account. Now I'm getting calls for payment

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have seen a resolution,  I've tried to contact them and never receive responses nor provided any help. They never sent me bills until several months later. I updated my insurance and they never told me there were any other issues. I had over 500 in my account before I couldn't get access to it and they never helped me. I was billed every time I went and should have been notified each day I went. Practicing bad business ethics. If they kept trying my insurance why wasn't I notified that they were still having issues.  Only told me when my bill was approximately 900 and months later. Couldn't answer my questions and answer or return calls.

      Hello, 
      I wanted to see an update if possible on my complaint.  I haven't seen a resolution and if there's is anything else I can do or provide to assist you. I am really upset about this cause they should have told me after I updated my insurance that they were having issues and may not have be covered. They bill my insurance each time I go so why did it take them several months later to tell me. They never returned my phone calls and never helped me fix getting access to the site. Took almost a year to say that they were having issues with the site and yet again never fixed or helped me. I had over 500 dollars in my account that I paid extra and don't know where it went. If I knee there was issues with my insurance after updating it, I would have fixed the issue and stopped going. But instead was deceitful and didn't inform me until my bill was approximately 900+ dollars. 

      This effects my credit and really upset that a company would do this. I have my assumptions that they didn't have the staffing and were behind on their ******** and are trying to hind it.

      I'm responding to their request with information provided to see what their resolution will be. I advise them I only want email communication since I want a documented communication on what is said. I  don't wish to close out the case till there Is a resolution.

      I've now reached out to them 2 different times and yet to receive any response again. I would like to get this resolved before I take this matter in another direction.
