    My washing machine started smelling like oil during the spin cycle. I called Mr. ********************** to check out the problem. They didnt turn the machine on before servicing my washer and only changed the belt. Which I told the technicians to look at. Thats all the company did. Also, the two technicians were in training and training themselves. I took the technician word that the machine was fine, I gave the technicians their privacy while working on my machine, so when they were done, I did sign a piece of paper stating that the technicians did their job but they didnt. Two days later I turned on the washing machine and it started making really bad noises, lights on the front were blinking. So I turned off and unplugged the machine. I called Mr. ********************** but the machine was fried. When I asked for part of a refund, they denied any form of refund to me because I signed the paper stating that the work was done.
