    On November 7, 2023 **** Pro appliance company installed a part on our leaking dishwasher. We had put a $150 deposit on the part and that day we paid the remaining balance of $127.28 based on the message (attached) stating it was all fixed. My tenants reported later that evening that the dishwasher was still leaking. I contacted the company thru Thumbtack (the service we were using to find a professional appliance repair company) and did not receive any reply until I left a negative review for him. On November 15, 2023 the tech came back and assessed the dishwasher. He left to go get parts, telling my tenants he'd come back that afternoon. He has not returned nor has he answered calls or responded to messages. The company is not responding via the messaging feature within Thumbtack. My tenants have been communicating directly with the tech and often get zero reply and multiple times he has scheduled a time to come and is a no-show. The company UBI is *********
