    Attended a **** workshop in late June. Made a ***** basket that had to stay overnight or longer for finishing touches. Received an email from company a month later that item was ready for pick up. Had multiple deaths in my family and unable to make it in until 11/30. Once arrived to pickup made items, was told item was thrown away. Email regarding item ready for pick up never stated a timeframe to pick up made item before company discards item. Never received another email with warning that item will get discarded if not picked up in timely manner.
