I purchased several items from ******************** at ascension artistry and have not received any of my items. ******************** of ascension artistry kept my money, paid for items and then blocked me. She is a blatant, con artist and a thief! She always has an excuse for not delivering your paid for item. She seems to do this quite often according to her reviews. She also likes to sell the same item to different people. Its unfortunate that she is so hard up for cash that she uses her children as a means of trying to make income on sympathy!! She NEVER delivered the items I paid for and kept my money. In fact the original one of a kind item I purchased from her is still for sale or resale since I never received it. She kept my money and is trying to make more off of an already paid for item!! She is a scam artist!!Business Response

I have never received any order from anyone named ****** with that total of amount. This person is a liar and making false claims on my business and is themselves a fraud.
This sounds like another fake account with a fake review from the known scammer *******************. Which was already proved false.

I placed an order with Ascension artistry ***************************, *******************. apartment FF1, *********, ** ***** on April 4, 2023 I placed an order number **** for a total of $122 on April 10 an order it was placed order **** for a total of $170 on April 24. An order was placed order number **** for $45.$.15 April 29 order **** was for $40. *************************** has $377.15 of my money and my product and she is refusing to give me my product. She is now telling me that I am fake and unworthy of her crystals and Moldavite which I purchased off her she has my money, and I have no product. I have made a mini mini mini attempts to retrieve my items offer her which I am stonewalled and met with excuses to why I cannot receive them And she also tried telling me shes only gonna bring one item over at a time at her own convenience, instead of all six, as originally stated! This is theft and she is running a scam. She has $377.15 of my money and also my product so Im assuming now she just gets to keep my money and she could sell my product to someone else and make another profit. All I want is my money to be refunded but this morning she put up a post on her website saying that she does not do refunds and is not responsible for lost stolen or damaged items and told me that I was out of luck and unworthy of her crystals and Im fake and a bully and if I want my items I could take her to court .Business Response

******************* is wrongfully accusing my business Ascension Artistry LLC, of fraud or scamming. I have not scammed her out of any money. She ordered custom art from me which takes time to create, my shop policies state my turn around time for comissions is 2-4 weeks EACH custom order placed. Which goes in the order placed and had comissions to complete before starting hers. Since she ordered numerous pieces these are all within the parameters of my turn around time. On top of moving I was still working hard to create custom art for her, and she continued to order more customs which take time. I reached out to her personally numerous times to drop off what was done, and she denied me to do so even though I live close to her. I offered to accommodate a drop off once pieces were complete. She continued to order more custom art, in which I explained would take time especially because I was moving in this time frame and she assured me numerous times she understood and that she was in no rush. Now she is switching her words, saying she tried to retrieve products mini mini mini times. Thats illiterate, This is a blatant lie. She never once personally reached out to me and asked about them. I personally continued to message her with updates on the process, I gave her discounts on her products as well as free gifts. I did my part as a business owner offering to drop off her products to her and she said not to. Once I reached out the last time she demanded a full refund which my policies clearly state I do not issue refunds or returns especially on custom art ordered. These policies have been in place for the years of me having my business, and are clearly stated on my profile for everyone to see. They are not something I just posted like she is making it seem, she is lying. She is also lying that I tried to resell products that never happened, and you can clearly see I was still trying to drop off her products to her and accommodate her with a refund WHICH IS AGAINST MY POLICIES. I stated my policies and went ahead and offered a partial refund for the pieces that were still being worked on, a wire wrapping pendant set. This commission in which I explained would take the most time because I had never worked with wire. Again, when placing her order She originally told me that she understood and was not in any rush. I told her I would refund her *****, the price of shipping and the price of the creation fee added on for her moldavite. She then began to harass me on personal matters and I do not tolerate bullying or drama in any way. Because she was harassing me, I did not want someone so deceitful and hateful to have handmade art. I offered to refund what she paid for my art pieces because I do not trust her to damage my product out of the hate she has in her heart. I was going to drop off the moldavite she ordered and salts when I had returned home (tuesday) after being out of town during Mothers Day weekend. I had already tried to drop off her products prior to me leaving out of town, before hand and she ignored my messages. She continued to threaten me through the weekend. She is completely disrespectful, lying, and making hate crimes on my business. I never tried to scam her, I tried to drop off products and you can clearly see that with the screenshots of our messages. At this time I still do not want her to have my art. I have a right to refuse business and services from anyone. For that reason only I will issue a refund for my art pieces and not for the crystals (moldavite & salt) she ordered. Once I return home from being out of town, I am dropping off her moldavites and salts and am issuing a refund for the art. If she continues to have hate crimes on my business I will escalate further as harassment will not be tolerated. I have not scammed or fraud this customer and she is wrong in this situation. I have not received my paid for merchandise as the seller sold it to someone else and kept my money after blocking me! As stated before, she took my money and has had my purchased item this entire time, she then denied me my item and told me no refunds are allowed and sold my item to someone else, and still has my money!Business Response

*************************** of ascension artistry kept my money for the items I purchased and then sold my items to somebody else! I never received my full refund for the items I purchased. She kept The items I paid her for and my money. She made a public post saying that I was unworthy of the items I paid for and posted them online for somebody else to purchase. She sold the items I purchased to someone else online. She is a con artist and a thief she stole $377.15 of my money for product I never received.

I am rejecting this response because: I never received my refund. The items I paid for were sold to another customer and I never received my refund!! Its funny how the website changed overnight with new updates about refunds and returns. The supposed tracking numbers do not add up! Im not sure how they are able to say. The status of an order has been filled on their site when it has not.
