***** came out to complete a chip and tar driveway at our home on Sept 30, 2024. He did come out and roll the driveway, spray a paper thin layer of tar and put down gravel. He said we have a one year warranty on the job. He also stated that this would be a great fix for water run off issues, that this driveway would last us about 5 to 8 years, would be compact and have about 80% of the gravel stay in place. We waited 36 hrs to drive on it to allow for setting. After that time frame, the first time we drove on it the gravel and tar came up in sheets. Nothing stuck or stayed in place. By Nov 8 2024, the driveway hasnt improved. It isn't a compact driveway. It is basically just gravel, this is not what I was promised or paid for.
***** stated that once the weather got better he would come back and repair the work he did.
As of May 28,2025 ***** has still not shown up despite saying he will and setting date/time. He never shows up. He has now repeatedly avoided our calls. I want him to fix it or refund the money we spent because the job he did was not what we had paid him for.
