    On June 17, my Tesla S was towed to FixAuto, (**** **********, Vancouver WA). I needed a ride so there were two of us. I was having issues with the repair after taking the car to FixAuto and it was an additional cost at the Tesla shop because FixAuto released the car low on coolant causing the air conditioner not to work properly. All of the car floor mats (full set) and trunk cover were in the car when we left it at FixAuto. We were not told the car was going to be pressure washed and the floor mats and trunk cover would be taken out of the car. When I picked up the car on August 15, all of the car floor mats and the trunk cover were not in the car. I called FixAuto on August 22 and called 35 times with no one answering the phone. **** does not like to answer the phone and when he does he does not identify himself. The next day we drove to FixAuto to try and talk to ****. **** was in the office and we asked for ****. **** told us that **** was at the hospital and he would be back at 3:00. We told **** we called 35 times the day before to try and reach **** and no one answered the phone. **** was quick to say the office phone was broke. The option to leave a voicemail was turned off between our attempts to reach **** by phone making me believe the phones were working properly. I told **** we were there to get the car floor mats and trunk cover that were taken out of the car. He told us to return at 3:00 to talk to ****. I did not believe **** would be there at 3:00 and felt like **** was running away from us so I asked **** for his phone number to make sure **** was there at 3:00 and because he said their office phone was broke. **** gave us his number and did not answer when we called several times. We asked **** to let **** know we were there to talk to him and he said he would. **** has not made any attempt to directly reach me either by phone or by email to address my issues.
