    6/14/2023: Brought my vehicle (2019 **** Edge 40K miles) in for a windshield replacement due to the extensive damage to the top cowl panel from Novus Glass in ********, ** on 10/2022 when they originally replaced the windshield. 8/18/2023: Picked up the vehicle from Maaco after 2 months of waiting, cosmetically the windshield looks great BUT there was wind *********** leaking through the windshield at highway speed, the driver-side side view LED blinker doesn't work and there was a deep paint chip on the driver side door. 8/23/2023: Brought back to the shop talked to ****. He confirmed that these items needed to be fix. After multiple verbal apologies, **** said he will work out a plan to bring the vehicle back and will call me in 24-48hrs or latest by the end of the week.9/15/2023: Have not heard back from **** or Maaco. Contacted Maaco and **** was not there and I need to call back and talk to a "bring back" specialist.At this point I am not sure if I want to work with Maaco to get these items repaired based on their poor customer service, unsatisfactory performance and work quality. I believe that Maaco's approach to customers who are not satify with their work is to give a lot of lips services, don't follow up with their customers as they promised, passing the buck around the office to other managers and hope that the process frustrate the customer so much that the customer will go away. This doesn't have to be this difficult. If you didn't do it right the first time, fix it for the customer should be the priority and move on. I advise to NEVER bring your car to Maaco ever because they dont do what they say and the only service you will get is " lips" service!!
