    I purchased a 2006 ****** Highlander 3.3L Engine Rebuild Kit - ReRing - RRK953.E15 on May 15th, 2023 for $381.97 US + $39.99 for next day shipping for a total of $421.96. I was supposed to receive the item the next day but I ended up receiving two shipments that did not arrive completely until 3 days later after the scheduled delivery date. I had paid for next day delivery because I had a mechanic waiting to work on the vehicle I bought the item for. Because my order arrived late the mechanic then refused to fix the vehicle to which at that point I decided to return the order. I returned the order to the business and they charged me a 20% restocking fee even though I was only returning the item because of their faults. If I had received my item next day like it stated then I would have never returned the item. Because it was their fault I feel like I never should have been charged a restocking fee!

    Hello,

    I apologize that the shipping company was delayed in delivering your order. We had already refunded you for the shipping charge back in May. In your return request form you stated that your mechanic suggested a new engine as your reason for returning the order so this complaint kind of came out of nowhere 4 months afterwards.

    I was trying to order some rod bearings and while processing the order I got a "something went wrong please try again" screens so I did and got the same thing then I received a notification that they have taken to payments out of my account. I can't get ahold of them from the number they provided. I also haven't received a response from email about the issue either.

    Yes I ordered a intake manifold gasket set from Engine Parts Only but can't get a order *********** the phone number they have on file no answer I've been calling for a week now with no response
