    Super street Auto Care is close to my home, so I made a 9am appointment to have my automobile serviced. When I arrived, I opened what I thought was the business entrance, when 2 dogs and the owner came running out. The owner began to actually scream at me and calling me names for letting her dogs out. I simply asked her not to treat me that way and that I was here for my 9am appointment. She called me more awful names, told me to go somewhere else and slammed the door in my face. In 50 plus years I have never been treated this way by a business owner. Unbelievable!!

    Were sorry to hear about your frustration, but wed like to clarify what happened. You arrived 20 minutes early for a 9 AM appointment, before we were open. There are clear signs posted asking not to open the doors or let the dogs out, but despite this, the dogs were let out, and when addressed, you stated you didnt careyou were here for a DUI Ignition Interlock blow-and-go system.

    When we informed you that we dont open until 9, your response included calling the owner extremely offensive names and attempting to force the door open before speeding off.

    We aim to treat all customers with respect, but we also expect the same in return. While we welcome honest reviews, its important that they reflect the full situation accurately.

    ***** ***, We appreciate all feedback, even when its critical, as it helps us improve. However, wed like to provide some important context regarding this situation,there were no services scheduled for the customer that dayof any kind. He arrived without an appointment and requested immediate removal of his IID device. We explained that IID removals must be scheduled through the device manufacturer, not directly with our shop. This is a state-regulated process, and bypassing it can result in significant setbacks, including restarting the entire interlock period.Unfortunately, when we tried to explain this, the customer became agitated and confrontational. Our staff attempted to de-escalate the situation and provide guidance on the correct steps, but the interaction broke down.We never want a customer to feel unheard or frustrated. At the same time, we are required to follow all legal and procedural guidelines to protect both our customers and our business. Were always happy to help clarify the process when approached calmly and respectfully, and we wish this individual better experiences moving forward.
