    In June of this year, I hired Unity Solar to install a solar panel system at my home. I received their proposal and was told by ****** of Unity Solar that they would prepare the plans for the system install and obtain the proper permits for the system. ********************************* was leading the install project. On September 26, I received a text from ****** stating that everything was set to move forward with the City of Woodland and the install would be done the next week. After multiple calls and no-shows, a team came to my property and began installing the system on October 10th. I noticed the system did not look right and scheduled a meeting on October 18th with ****** and ******* on my property to discuss the delay it was taking to install the system and the fact that the system did not appear to be up to code. On October 20th, I received a Notice of Code Violation from the City of Woodland stating that no permits were applied for the install, no inspection was performed and the panels are too close to adjoining properties. I called ****** and texted ******* on Friday October 21st requesting that the system be removed from my property and the property returned to its prior state. I have uploaded supporting photos, texts and the Notice of Code violation to this complaint
