      Visited on a trip, paid for Karaoke, Karaoke machine didn't work. I had to ****** 2 feet away from the receiver or my voice would cut out. They refunded me, but didn't return my ID. Had to drive from ********* because they refused to mail it. Upon arrival, they refused to compensate. Not a dollar in free play, not 1 beer, nothing. The manager was doing inventory and didn't want to deal with me. Unacceptable service.

      I was yelled at with profanity ultimately scared by an employee because of a mistake I made; which I understood where I was wrong. (He yelled at us because we were woman, in my personal opinion that would not happen if a male was present.) There should be protocols on how to handle customers especially with children around. I was told by the front cashier when I was wanting to complain that the manager would not sympathize with me and they will choose the employees side because he is a WHITE MALE.
