    Purchased 2-20 foot shipping containers from ****** and ****** ******* owners of Independent Cargo Container Service **** They sent me an invoice and I paid it. Kept getting the run around for over two weeks. ****** said he would refund my money, never did and have not heard from him since. Have tried to contact both him and ****** with no response at all. No containers delivered no refund issued Looks like this is a reoccurring practice for them.

    I would like to add a few comments to my complaint that should be noted. 

    I filed a complaint with BBB on 5/21/25 then texted both ****** and his wife ****** one final messaging saying:

    Still no refund! This needs to be processed immediately!  You do realize that this is fraud and illegal what you two are doing, right?  This is after I already sent a message to ****** on 05/19/25 @5:37PM and on 05/20/25 @11:28AM both with no responses. 

    The ***ly I got back after the 05/21/25 was Sorry Ive been sick and havent been back until today.  The refund was sent to your email on Friday, to the same card you used to purchased and it showed all that it batched out that night and left my account.

    Me: I never got an email! I have been asking for proof and you have sent me nothing.  There is no credit on my credit card.

    ******: ******* was sent Ill send it right now its from the automated system but Ill also email it to you

    Me: I am looking forward to seeing that

    ******: Just sent both emails

    Me: I got one email with the refund receipt but that doesnt prove that a credit was issued.

    ******: Ill send a screen shot from the ** to show it was debited.  Thats all we get when we do refunds.

    ******: Ill call intuit and get what you need but I did sent over the screen shot

    Me: That is just an entry in **. What version are you running? Desktop or online?

    ******: Online. I just got off the phone with my account *** and they showed me how to get another receipt with transaction number on it to email it to you.

    ******: I sent you the new info showing refund back to your card ending in 2799

    Me: I will wait until tomorrow to see if it comes in.

    ******: Ok

    ******: (05/22/25 8:07AM) Did you see the refund?

    Me: It is pending on my end.  According to Intuit, the actual credit was run, on you end, yesterday at 1:59pm.

    ******: After I called them but happy it showing

    I feel this is important because:

    1sst Only after I questioned every receipt or printout from ** did he actually process the credit.  The entries in ** are all dated 05/16/25  but the credit was never processed until 05/21/25 @ 1:59PM. 

    2nd I did let him know that the credit was pending the morning of 05/22/25. 

    3rd He has lied to me too many times so I was not about to believe the dates in **.  I know those can be manipulated and the only thing he cannot manipulated is the merchant statement from the credit card processing.  

     

    Here are some of the things I have dealt with:

    05/15/2025 12:30PM ****** called and said *** is at the yard picking up the shipping containers

    05/15/2025 6:13 PM called ******

    05/16/2025 9:15 AM called ******

    05/16/2025 11:18 AM Called ******, 11:01AM Called ******, 10:51 AM ****** called and oops the containers were delivered, then paused for a bit and I said we didnt get them and then he said they were delivered to the wrong person.  Then he was supposed to get someone else to deliver them and he will keep us posted of the deliver.  2:38PM ****** called and said they were at the yard now.  We finally called ****** back at 6:30PM and asked what the *** is and he said he will find out and when he called back, he said the driver he never picked them up.  He claimed he refunded the funds and schedule  a new deliver fro ***** and that I can pay him on Monday after they are delivered.   He also said he will be in contact and on top of the new delivery all day. 

     

    05-***** 6:30PM? Texted ****** about saying no refund credit has been issued and no shipping containers were delivered.  Have not heard from him since until my final message.

     

    I apologize for the long ***ly but in no way did I not get back to him.

    On 2/24/2025 I ordered and paid online for a 40 foot cargo container to be delivered to my new residence from *************************** from Independent Cargo Container Service **** I asked that ****** acknowledge by email, the latest date the cargo container would be delivered. Per ******, the containers usually get delivered within a ******* 3/4/2025, I hadn't heard anything from ******. Between 3/4/2025 and 3/18/2025 I called at least once a week asking for date of delivery. Every time I spoke with ******, he assured me the container would be delivered that day or the next at the latest. By 3/19/2025, I decided not to wait anymore and asked for a refund. I further asked that the money be refunded by cashiers check and sent by overnight delivery. Also, I asked that ****** send photos of the cashiers check, the address on the envelope, and the receipt showing the tracking number. ****** agreed by email to do so. I called every week day from 3/19/2025 to 3/25/2025 to ask when I would be getting my check. Every day ****** claimed the check was on it's way and I should be getting it that day.On 3/26/2025, ****** sent me an email with a string of numbers that were supposed to be the tracking number. When I checked on the ************** website on that day, there was no record of the number. I checked on the ************** website and today I see that a label has been created but the "package" hasn't been given to the ****. I would like my refund immediately. ****** ******* from Independent Cargo Container Service **** has lied to me from the day he received my money.
