      Wow. ****** ****** at the ******** location straight up LIED to me about the current price of silver which is public information accessible on KITCO dot com. When I told him he was mistaken and the markets were up he told me it was a hack site and was insulting to me. Horrendous business, they should be shut down.

      Very Bad Business Practices ...................... I have gone there twice the first time got great service with a woman who handled my transaction after looking over my coins I brought in. The second time very bad. The woman I wanted to see was not there and the two older men never bothered to look at the coins I had just shouted out a number at me at what the price would be if I turned it in. Very bad bad service ........ be careful if you have to go here but I would not
