      I am not liable with this debt with Elite Recovery Group LLC

      I do not have a contract with this collection agency. They did not provide me with requested documentation.

      Additionally, Elite Recovery LLC cannot be found anywhere in your records. I believe it’s not legally registered.

      I have a negative account on my credit report that is fraudulent. The apartment complex has sold my information to this entity and they are adding charges monthly.

      THIS IS NOT A REVOLVING ACCOUNT
      Thus cannot keep incurring more charges.

      I disputed this account with the credit bureaus and IT WAS REMOVED.

      Equifax shows the correct information, but TransUnion put the fraudulent charge back on there.

      I’d like them to cease and desist and remove this fraudulent account from all the credit bureaus.:

      Hello,I noticed an account on my credit report, but when I look up the business it does not have an active business license. I am attaching the file for reference and a link to the **************:************************************************************************** Additional Ref:*************************************************** When I reached out to the companyI was connected to someone workingfor Elite Collections located in *******. I could not find an active business license for a companyunder the aforementionedname on the ******* SOS website.I live in *********, ** and the alleged debt seems to be generated from a business in Vancouver as well.I felt like I should let someone know as this doesn't seem right to me. If I need to contact a different department or organization please let me know.Thank you,*************************

      This collection agent has called my work and family multiple times harassing them to have me paid or settle with them about an account that I was never contact or bill for by the previous apartment complex that I used to live at

      Because I have tried a couple of times to settle this matter with them and they have refuse to take my offer stating that that they will not take any offer other than what they want to collect so now besides them jarring everyone I know and not wanting take my offer I dont see any other way other than they taking my offer and style this
