The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On September 4, 2018, the Securities Division entered into a
Consent Order with Lightfleet Corporation.The Securities Division alleges that Lightfleet Corporation
violated a registration provision of the Securities Act of Washington in
connection with some of the company’s offers and sales of securities in the
state.
Without admitting or denying the Securities Division’s
allegations, Lightfleet Corporation agrees to cease and desist from violating
the Securities Act of Washington. Lightfleet Corporation further agrees to pay
$3,000 in investigative costs and waives its right to a hearing and judicial
review in this matterFor
