    Received order of Wacom Cintiq Pro 17 on 3/16/25. Wacom advertised on its U.S. website **************Time Softwares. I do not have access to Toon **** ******* * ********** Pro as advertized. Contacted support multiple times about Software Bundle Offer Issue since 3/9 with request #*******. No resolution to date.

    I bought Wacom One 12 9/29/2024. The diagram that was sent to me in the box was different from the diagram that was sent to me from tech support. The connections where backwards on it. It came with 2 usb-c cables only to find out that most computers don't have the alternating video option for the usb-c. The devices i purchased at the stores didn't work on the Wacom One. So I had to go back to the website to purchase the 3-1 model there. The tech support first told me it was a this or that option for the usb-c or the 3-1. I pulled up the website to verify that was he was saying was right, maybe I missed something, it only had it as the receiving the usb-c and having to pay the $50 to get the 3-1 connector. He kept going back to having to say that i would need to get the 3-1 connector for it to work. Its sad that that website says you can plug it in and go. I plug it in and get a headache, have to pay more money to get it to work. I thought the consumer act prevented business from practicing this kind shenanigans.

    Hello, and thank you for informing Wacom Support of this case by setting up the Wacom One DTC-121. Upon review of the ticket that Mr ****** opened with Wacom, I see the various troubleshooting steps that agents suggested.  As the Wacom One DTC-121 supports USB-C,there are requirements that some computer models may not meet.  These can be underpowered USB ports or displayed in Alt Mode.  Hence, Wacom provided solutions such as the Wacom 3-in-11 Cable, which is standard in earlier models of the Wacom One.  I will be reaching out to Mr ****** within ticket #******* to help resolve and clarify the issue that is currently happening.

    I have similar reviews to other customers. They don't extend warranties when it is known manufacturing issues. When things break they want to charge you more to fix it than you could sell the product for. They don't have any sort of trade in program, even though their products are super expensive and do not last long. I have been disappointed by this company and their policies on 3 different occasions now and really hope their more affordable competitors will put them out of business.
