      To piggyback off of *******'s review, I would like to say he is spot on. These people are hostile, almost all of them I'd say except one. I have text messages on my phone that are discriminatory in nature and snarky. For instance, "Thank you for not being one of THOSE people". What is one of those people?! As a person of color I feel discriminated. I would be very cautious with this company. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE. Even the manager has an anger issue. I called to make a payment and get caught up (after they bombarded me with threats for being 1 payment behind). It's laughable that grown men and women are this ignorant and childish. This is the second time I've had an exchange like this and both were recorded. There won't be a 3rd time for me. Good luck to all who deal with them.

      ***** was hostile as an employee she was rude to me for a simple inquiry when I had no attitude at all just asking a question about our loan. Then she hung up on me and I escalated to their manager a man I don't recall his name, at this location who proceeded to be rude as well and tell me to pay up to date and take care of our payment even thought the payment isn't even due for 5 days. He immediately just wanted to argue with me instead of be empathetic about his employees behavior and rude tone/comments to their customers about simple inquiries about their loans. They're unprofessional and rude and give false information towards customers to degrade them and discriminate against our finances making statements like " oh since you have so much money, why is your interest rate so high"? Attacking our financial situations personally as customers just for trying to ask about deferment options which wasn't a problem if they had none for the loan. They stated many times we've been late even though the payment has been up to date the entirety of the loan. I would recommend a full investigation on this location for discrimination against their customers and attacking people personally verbally for no reason at all whenever you call just to ask questions about your loans.

      Please accept our sincere apology for being made to feel you were treated rudely and unprofessionally.  The expectation of ALL Lighthouse staff is that every contact or phone call be handled in a professional manner consistent with the Golden Rule; treat others the way you want to be treated.  Clearly, we fell short.  As the General Manager for Lighthouse, I assure you that I take this complaint seriously.  I spoke directly with the individuals involved and both said it was not their intent, but acknowledged the discussion became somewhat argumentative and understand that was not acceptable.   After reviewing and addressing your complaint, I am confident the matter has been effectively resolved.   Thank you!
