    We are filing a complaint regarding the construction of a 4-plex by BTS Homes at *****************************************************************************. The construction required constant vigilance and energy to make sure our property was not affected by their work. The company was not proactive in averting issues and were difficult to engage when problems were encountered. Following is a list of the issues we encountered during their 7 months of construction.Severe Issues -After Hours work a contractor worked between 9 pm and 2 am on at least 6 occasions despite us reaching out with requests for them to stop. We were awoken by the construction noise and complaints were filed with the ******** City Noise Control Office.-Illegal Video Surveillance the company set up a camera on a utility pole across the street from the property. After being notified of its existence, PGE required its immediate removal. Medium Issues -While cutting down a large tree on their property, a large branch landed on our roof /gutter. -The tree cutting left a mess on our side of the property with no offer to clean grounds or roofing and gutters.-The construction company waited months to remove the tree ***** after cutting. This allowed the tree to continue to grow and the roots from this ***** have caused damage to our patio.-While working on the inside of the complex, painters got paint on the outside of our house.-Trash would build up on their property requiring us to notify them to clean it up.-The dirt and sawdust from construction required we wash our siding and front porch. -The portable toilet was placed in middle of the sidewalk for days, requiring everyone walking to divert into city street, violating rules around placement of the toilets.-Our address was used for suppliers with supplies delivered to our property (2 pallets of grass and lumber delivery) and we had to direct them to the construction site.-Permits were put in our property address for the cutting of the tree.
