      They refuse to honor a Groupon order for teeth whitenings for 2 years. The groupon did not specify only with cleanings but the receptionist said it was implied and then insisted that I have had more than I should. I had permission from ****, the previous dentist that was there due to my tmj not allowing 1 hour treatments; I instead was allowed two 1/2 hour treatments.********, the receptionist was extremely and aggressively rude and outright mean. I asked her to review a statement she had printed out for me and when I came back 2 weeks later for an appt and to discuss the miscounted whitenings I am allowed, she was vehemently and abusively rude and said that "she is not wrong." she told me there was no manager but then when I persisted that she cooperate with me,she threw her hands in the air and yelled at me that "I'll have my manager call you!" I have yet to have ********* the manager call me and ******** refuses to give me her number. On top of all this, the dentist I started with had left and no one notified me she was leaving. I was going to start a treatment that the new dentist isn't even certified for so its a good thing I didn't. Terrible treatment by this receptionist and a lack of professionalism from her and the manager for not calling me back, but maybe she never got the message...?

      Avoid this dental offices at all cost. They provided an estimate for $88 and charged us $218 without alerting us before processing the charge. Even though they accepted the overcharge was their mistake, they are asking us to wait 2-3 weeks for the refund. Horrible customer service.
